Lighting to the rhythm of the sun – The astro function makes it possible
With the astro function of our time switches your lighting becomes even more intelligent: Immediately the sun sets, the light automatically switches on – and at sunrise, it just as reliably switches back off. All without manual adjustments, all in accord with the rhythm of the sun.
Unlike classic time switches, where fixed times are set, a timer with astro function adjusts very flexibly to the actual sunrise and sunset. The big advantage: It isn’t controlled based on time, it’s just in time – all throughout the year, even with time changes.
By determining the location using GPS coordinates the time switch calculates the local solar times automatically. And the best thing: It’s even possible to set a custom time offset – for example, so the lighting isn’t switched on until 30 minutes after sunset. That way, you have maximum flexibility, without having to constantly readjust.

Time change on March 30th – no problem for digital time switches
The change to daylight saving time is back again on March 30th – but with our digital time switches you don’t need to give any thought to it: The change occurs fully automatically, without any manual readjustment at all.
And for countries or regions where no time change is made, this function can automatically deactivate without a hitch. That way, your time control remains accurate and customised at all times – no matter where in the world you’re using our products.
